Information handled
- Study data: answers, accuracy, lesson completion, flashcard activity, goals, and settings are stored locally on your device.
- Subscription data: Apple, Google Play, and RevenueCat may process a pseudonymous app-user identifier, product and entitlement status, transaction or receipt identifiers, device/platform and app version, country, IP address, and service logs needed to sell, validate, restore, and prevent fraud.
- Advertising measurement data on Android: Meta App Events may receive app installs and opens, the Google Play install referrer, app package and version, device/platform information, IP address, country or approximate location derived from technical information, and a device or advertising identifier when available. We use this only to measure and optimize advertising for this app. We do not send study answers, progress, email addresses, or client health information to Meta.

The Android app includes Meta's measurement SDK but does not display third-party ads. We do not sell personal information, store payment-card details, or ask you to enter client health information. Do not include identifiable client information in support messages.
Why and where processing occurs
Local study data supports the app features you request. Purchase processing is necessary to provide Premium and is also used for security and legal compliance. Android advertising-measurement processing supports our legitimate interests in understanding whether an ad led to an install and improving campaign performance. Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and Meta may process data in countries outside yours under their own safeguards and policies.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers needed to operate subscriptions, measure Android advertising, and provide support; when required by law; or in a business reorganization with appropriate protections. Key providers are Apple, Google Play, RevenueCat, and Meta. Meta may act as an independent controller for information it receives under its own terms.
Retention and deletion
Local progress remains until you clear the app’s storage or uninstall it. Apple, Google Play, RevenueCat, and Meta retain information under their legal and operational requirements. Support email is kept only as long as needed to resolve the request and meet legal obligations. You may reset or limit the Android advertising identifier through your device privacy settings, and you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection by emailing us. Purchase and tax records may need to be retained.
Security, children, and changes
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is risk-free. The app is intended for RBT candidates and professionals, not children. We may update this policy; the effective date above will change when material revisions are published.
